Terms of Service
Effective date: October 1, 2026 · Last updated: October 1, 2026
1. Acceptance of the Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the rblxdevs website and any membership, community or service operated by MetaHeights LLC ("rblxdevs," "we," "us," or "our"), including The Inner Circle. By accessing the website, purchasing a membership or using the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the website or services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the services and purchase a membership with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. You may not use the services if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login credentials secure, and all activity that occurs under the accounts you use to access the membership, including accounts on third-party platforms such as Whop and Discord. Membership is for one person and may not be shared, transferred or resold. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
4. The Inner Circle membership
The Inner Circle is a paid, private Roblox developer community. Membership may provide access to educational content, discussions, resources, game-development insights, feedback, community features and other membership benefits. The specific content, features and benefits may evolve, be added, changed or removed over time, and are not guaranteed to remain the same throughout your membership.
5. Subscription and billing
The Inner Circle is currently offered at $29 USD per month. It is a recurring subscription that automatically renews at the end of each billing period until canceled.
By purchasing a membership, you authorize the applicable payment provider (such as Whop and its underlying payment processors) to charge the payment method associated with your purchase for recurring membership fees, plus any applicable taxes, at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
Pricing may change in the future. Where required, we will give appropriate notice before a price change applies to your membership. If you do not agree to a new price, you may cancel before it takes effect.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals, typically through your account with the applicable payment provider. Unless otherwise stated, your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
7. Refund policy
Due to the digital nature of The Inner Circle and the immediate access provided upon purchase, membership payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law.
Members may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellation does not ordinarily provide a refund or prorated credit for the current billing period.
If you experience duplicate charges, billing errors, unauthorized transactions or other payment-related problems, contact rblxdevs or the applicable payment provider. If you do not receive the membership access you purchased, contact rblxdevs so the access issue can be investigated and resolved.
Nothing in this refund policy limits any refund, cancellation, withdrawal or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
8. Results and earnings disclaimer
rblxdevs does not guarantee earnings, revenue, player counts, concurrent users (CCU), retention, play-through rate (PTR), discoverability, profitability, game success, investment returns or any other results.
- Case studies and previous results are historical examples and are not promises of future performance.
- Results vary substantially based on the developer, the game, execution, market conditions, platform changes, player behavior, investment, skill and other factors.
- References to revenue, ROI, CCU, retention, PTR or other performance metrics should not be interpreted as representations that you will achieve comparable results.
- You remain solely responsible for your own business, development, publishing, spending and investment decisions.
Results vary. Nothing on this website guarantees financial, player-count, or game-performance results.
9. Educational purpose
Information provided through rblxdevs, including the website, The Inner Circle and any feedback, is primarily educational and informational. It is not individualized financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Consider seeking advice from a qualified professional before making decisions in those areas.
10. Intellectual property
The website and membership materials — including educational materials, frameworks, graphics, videos, resources, private posts, analyses, documents, website content and other proprietary content — are owned by rblxdevs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, members receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use this content for their own personal, non-commercial learning while their membership is active.
Subject to applicable law, you may not, without our prior written permission:
- Redistribute, resell or republish membership content.
- Copy membership content beyond what is reasonable for your personal use.
- Scrape or use automated tools to extract content from the website or community.
- Record, screenshot for distribution, or repost private materials.
- Share paid resources with anyone outside the membership.
- Commercially exploit private membership content in any way.
11. User-submitted content
You keep ownership of the games, content and information you share with rblxdevs or the community. By submitting content, you grant rblxdevs a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display and use it as needed to operate and provide the services, such as reviewing your game or discussing it within the community. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to anything you submit and that it does not violate any law or the rights of others.
12. Feedback
If you send us suggestions, ideas or feedback about the services, we may use them freely without any obligation or compensation to you.
13. Community conduct and prohibited conduct
When using the website or community, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, abuse, discriminate against or impersonate others.
- Engage in fraud, scams or abusive chargebacks.
- Share your access or redistribute paid materials outside the membership.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, overload or otherwise compromise the community or services.
- Post spam, unauthorized advertising, or illegal, infringing or harmful material.
- Materially violate community rules posted within the membership or these Terms.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend or terminate community access for serious violations, including fraud, harassment, abuse, unauthorized redistribution of paid materials, attempts to compromise the community or service, or material violations of community rules or these Terms. Any termination or refund consequences remain subject to applicable law.
14. Third-party services and links
rblxdevs may rely on third-party platforms and services to deliver or support the website and membership, including Whop, Discord, Roblox, payment processors and other service providers. Each has its own terms and policies, which govern your use of that service. The website may also link to third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their content, availability or practices.
15. Roblox disclaimer
rblxdevs is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by Roblox Corporation. Roblox and related trademarks belong to their respective owners.
16. Availability and modification of the service
We aim to keep the website and community available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the services, including content, features or platforms used to deliver them, at any time. Where a change materially affects an active paid membership, we will act reasonably and in line with applicable law.
17. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
18. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rblxdevs and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or anticipated results arising out of or related to the Website, Services, or membership.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of rblxdevs for any claim arising out of or relating to the Website, Services, membership, or these Terms will not exceed the total amount you paid to rblxdevs during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory on which a claim is based and even if rblxdevs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
19. Indemnification
Where legally permitted, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless rblxdevs and its team from claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your content, or your misuse of the services.
20. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the services and cancel your membership at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access as described in these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnification — will survive.
21. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or the Services will be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or the Services shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, and each party consents to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us through our designated Contact page.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
22. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where required, give additional notice. Continued use of the services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
23. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will stay in full effect.
24. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any community rules posted within the membership, form the entire agreement between you and rblxdevs regarding the services.
25. Contact
